Credit Card Payments The Lubbock Central Appraisal District has an agreement with Official Payments Corporation to provide its customers with automated credit card payment services. Official Payments Corp. will charge you a convenience fee for this service, which you will be notified of before you complete your payment. The Lubbock Central Appraisal District does not receive any portion of this convenience fee. Please note that the Lubbock Central Appraisal District will post your payment following notification from Official Payments. This may take up to one business day. To make a payment, navigate to your account by using one of the search methods to the left. Once you have brought up your account you will see a Pay Taxes icon at the top right.
