    Filing for a Homestead Exemption
    If you are contacted by a company offering to file your homestead exemption for a "one-time processing fee" DO NOT respond. There is NEVER a fee to file for any exemption. Contact our office to see if you qualify for a homestead exemption.

    Renditions
    Renditions have been mailed to all business personal property accounts. The deadline for filing your rendition is April 15th. The rendition form is available on our website. If you did not receive a rendition, have questions, or need additional information contact our office.

    Tax Payments Due
    January 31 is the state-mandated deadline to pay 2014 property taxes without penalty or interest. Since the date this year falls on a weekend, the delinquency date has been extended to Monday, February 2. State law mandates an additional 7 percent penalty and interest added to the tax bill. Tax payments with an official U.S. Postal Service postmark of February 2 will be honored.
